Taking comfort in small and simple progress (SP)

I read this morning about the Atonement and about yokes.  I found them so inspiring and neat because sometimes I get all worked up about improving quickly or not being able to apply all I want to, or or or.  I read these this morning under ''yoke'' in the Topical Guide:
''Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.''
         -Matthew 11:29-30

''Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.''
         -Galations 5:1

I love that work doesn't have to be hard and it comes through obedience. I learned about eating healthy this week and how it affects the work. I have been eating a lot more fresh food these last couple days and I have SO much energy it's crazy! I feel so good and am able to better receive revelation!
I've loved working with families on the Family Mission Plans.  It's been incredible to see the faith that they have to just do the work and reap the blessings.  I've seen so many blessings by going to Heavenly Father with my questions and being so honest it hurts sometimes.  Sometimes I really hate something.  But I tell Him, sometimes cry a little and let Him show me what I can change.  I have a testimony of being honest and candid with Heavenly Father.  He loves us.  His Plan is for us to be happy through all things we go through.  Let Him give that to you.  Let yourself be happy in His Plan.  In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
